0.3.1-Art and AI

This update brings 4 more cars to race against along with completely reworked AI logic in order to have better racing with the AI. Also the liveries have been totally reworked to emulate Iconic liveries from the real world, Pit Garages have been added, but have no planned functionality, they are there to breathe some life into the game. Also there are significantly more spectators alongside the track to improve the liveliness of the world.
